Sheet-Pan Honey Soy Salmon and Green Beans
Salmon and green beans share one pan and one sticky honey-soy glaze. Dinner in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ lb salmon fillets 4 fillets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 scallions sliced
Steps
Heat the oven to 425°F. On a sheet pan, toss 1 lb green beans with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp kosher salt, and ½ tsp black pepper, and push them to the edges.
Pat 1½ lb salmon fillets dry, set it in the middle of the pan skin side down, and season with the rest of the salt (½ tsp kosher salt).
Whisk 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp fresh ginger, and the juice of ½ lime. Spoon half over the salmon.
Roast until the salmon flakes at the thickest part and the beans are blistered.
Spoon the rest of the glaze over the salmon, scatter 2 tsp sesame seeds and 2 scallions, and serve with wedges cut from the rest of the lime (½ lime).
